Darbi Dugan is a junior tattoo artist, illustrator, and 2D animator currently residing in Tampa, Florida.
All her life she has expressed herself via a creative outlet of some kind, whether it be painting, editing video, or singing on a stage with her guitar. Her work is vibrant and provocative, largely inspired by the DIY design of the 70s punk rock scene, street art and comic books.

Her favorite part of the animation process is in pre-production doing visual development, character design, and other concept art.
